Ridgewood Baptist Academy is a ministry owned and under the direction of Ridgewood Baptist Church and reserves the privilege of setting and maintaining its own standards of conduct, dress, cleanliness, and scholarship.
The school maintains the right to refuse admittance to anyone who fails to meet entrance requirements and to suspend or dismiss any student who violates the standards set down in the Statement of Cooperation, Student Handbook, or other rules and regulations established by the school administration. RBA reserves the privilege of amending, changing, deleting, or adding to the rules, regulations, and policies as necessary for maintaining order and for the accomplishing of the goals and objectives of the school.
Parents and students are required to sign the Statement of Cooperation in order to be admitted or allowed to remain in Ridgewood Baptist Academy.
All students are admitted on a nine-week trial period. If the child fails to make acceptable progress, or does not adjust to the program of the school, the parents will be expected to give additional help at home. The school reserves the right to place the child in a lower grade if it is deemed necessary. An additional probation period may be set for not completing homework or any other set academic requirements of the various subjects.
All junior high and senior high students attending Ridgewood Baptist Academy must also be faithfully attending church. A Pastor's Recommendation Form must be sent to the school office from your pastor for entrance into our school.
Ridgewood Baptist Academy admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, athletic, and other school-administered programs.
