Yippee-Ki-Yo-Ki-Yea! We had our first-ever Kindergarten Roundup on Friday, September 5th! We had a great time! Our theme to start the year has been "Saddle Up for a great year in kindergarten." We have been learning about horses, cowboys, ranches, and the west.
The boys and girls have been "riding" our class saddle (shared by Signe Smith) every day as we do our Bible, phonics, and number practice. They've got that "rhythm in the saddle" down pat!
On our "Round-Up" day we did lots of fun things. We branded cattle, roped long-horn steer, sang around the campfire, had barrel races, played horseshoes and ate a chuckwagon lunch around the campfire! We are thankful for this super time of learning and fun.

All elementary students participate in music classes
Elementary students have a variety of activities in which to participate throughout the school year. Field trips, concerts, and music lessons are just a few examples of the ways our students learn and grow at Ridgewood Baptist Academy.
