Now through May 12, we are raising money for our school by selling World’s Finest Chocolate candy bars. Please see the attached links for individual and class incentives.
Candy bars are only a dollar and each rapper has a $2.00 off Pizza Hut coupon on it, so you can enjoy a candy bar and make money while you eat some pizza. It does not get any better than that!
Remember, all elementary students need parental permission to get boxes to sell, and open boxes cannot be returned. Sell them all (or eat them)!
Fund-raiser flyer is available here. See the school office for more information. |

Mr. Keith was one of about 300 educational leaders from around the country invited to last week’s White House Summit on Inner-City Children and Faith-Based Schools in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday and Thursday.
Mr. Keith says, “Two Fridays ago, I received an interesting email from what appeared to be the White House. I was intrigued, so I called the American Association of Christian Schools office in D.C. to inquire about this. The response I got back was ‘oh, good you did receive an invitation.’ Thanks for forewarning me! Apparently, my name was one of thirty that was submitted by the AACS as possible invitees. The White House actually went through all the names and decided who was going to receive invitations. I had just a couple days to plan a trip to D.C!” |
